The California Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators is the second largest financial aid professional association in the United States.  Our mission is to be the premier provider of training for the financial aid professional.   In addition, we believe that growth as a professional is dependent upon being provided opportunities for training, mentorship, networking and relationship building.  This year our annual conference will focus on these aspects of growth that are vital to the success of our members who work to ensure that the dreams of obtaining a post- secondary education are achievable for each and every student whose lives they touch. This year our Annual Conference will be held December 15-17th, 2013 in the heart of Downtown San Francisco at the beautiful San Francisco Marriott Marquis hotel.

We know that we cannot succeed without you, our vendor partner. Last year we worked to provide our partners with opportunities that would promote not only our growth and success, but yours as well.  To say that we were overwhelmed by the enormous support you showed, would be an understatement. My hope is that by continuing or starting your partnership with us, you will  reap benefits that help promote your goals,  as well as support our school based professionals as they work to ensure that our students fulfill their dream of achieving a college education.

We realize that budgets are tight and we very much appreciate your consideration of participation in the upcoming 2013 CASFAA Annual Conference and training event.  We are working hard to provide sponsorship opportunities that will truly support the goals set forth by your organization. This year you will continue to see enhanced vendor opportunities, access to registration lists, increased networking opportunities and financial aid business solutions seminar opportunities to assist you in promoting your products and services.  We are pleased to have been able to avoid any cost increase in registration fees for our vendor partners.  In addition, your participation as a vendor will also provide your team with one complimentary full conference registration.

The CASFAA annual conference is the premier training event for financial aid professionals throughout California.  Attendees at the annual conference come from all sectors of post-secondary education. In addition, we will see attendees from other sectors within our community including; State and Federal Government, lenders, servicers, software providers, financial aid service providers and default prevention providers. Last year we achieved record numbers in attendance that we hadn’t realized in years. CCCSFAAA will once again be fully represented in the event.  We have also worked to provide enhanced content and sessions for our Graduate and Professional school in hopes of growing this segment within our organization.  In addition, for the first time in many years, the UC Segment will be meeting on Sunday morning for a UC segmental breakfast. What continues to make CASFAA special is our yearly unification for this premier training event.  We learn from each other and as a vendor, this means, one conference comprised of all segments of education. Thank you so much for considering participation in the 2013 CASFAA Annual Conference. We cannot serve our students without your support. I am excited to have our attendees see what your teams are offering. There continues to be so many new products and services from which our schools can benefit. I sincerely hope that you will take this opportunity to show all of our attendees how your services and products can help support them in their success.

And-last, but certainly not least-thank you for being part of our family.  We couldn’t do our jobs without the continued expertise and support of our vendor partners.  So… in the spirit of San Francisco… Come Together…. Join The Party!
