CASFAA Conference October 12-14, 2023 (October 11-Pre-Conference) at the Westin Long Beach, CA
Vendor Exhibit Booth - $1,500 regular, or $2,000 premium
Each Vendor Booth includes a draped 6 foot table and two chairs. With the purchase of a booth you are entitled to one complimentary conference registration. We have a premium option, available for those who would like to be located near high traffic areas and provide a Business Solutions 1-hour session at the conference. All Exhibit Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis for paid exhibitors.
Regular and Premium Booth purchases also includes:
- One complimentary full conference registration (includes sessions and conference meals)
- Listing of name in mobile conference program as CASFAA 2023 Partner
- Business Solutions session (limited to Premium booths, Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors, on a first-come, first-serve basis)
- Both all levels of booth purchases will receive a Registration/Attendee list prior to conference
Space Assignments:Your location will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date you complete the on-line information and payment is received.

Platinum Level Sponsorship- $5,000 includes the following benefits:
CASFAA invites your support as partners who substantially support our organization. Your organization will be truly honored and highlighted throughout the conference. Acknowledgment at all main general session events and the following:
- Four complimentary full conference registrations
- Two Conference Booths/tables and 4 chairs ($3,000 value)
- Conference Bags – our conference giveaway to all attendees will be a bag to hold their materials. Your company name or logo will be printed on the conference bag which will go to approximately 700 attendees at this year’s conference.

- CASFAA Conference Photo Booth (Thursday Evening Reception) with your logo ($750 value)
- One Conference Segmental Breakfast sponsorship on Friday morning from 8:00 am - 11:00 am ($1,000 value)

Gold Level Sponsorship- $3,000 includes the following benefits:

- Acknowledgment at all main general session events.

- Lanyards – our conference badges and lanyards are given to all attendees. You company name will be printed on the lanyard which will go to approximately 600 attendees at this year’s conference.

- CASFAA Chronicle Newsletter for top ad placement (below Platinum) for one-quarter (value $1000)
Silver Level Sponsorship- $2,500 includes the following benefits:
- Acknowledgement and sponsorship designation at General Sessions

- Water Bottles or other give-away – CASFAA is doing our best to move our conference go a “green” event. CASFAA will give your company imprinted refillable water bottle to all registered attendees. Help us save the environment while gaining the visibility and support that your company needs. Water bottles or other give-away items will have you printed logo on them.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

CASFAA Newcomers' lunch or Segmental Breakfasts - $1,000 – Each CASFAA segment (Community College, UC's, CSU's, Independent, Proprietary will be holding a Thursday morning segmental breakfast and town hall. By being the sole sponsor of this event, you will be able to welcome the segment attendees to the breakfast and let them know who you are and how your company is proud to support their event. Sponsors will have table tents (at CASFAA expense) displayed on every table with their company information as well as your ability to provide our attendees with a “goody bag” (at company expense) of your own collateral. The Newcomer's lunch is usually a well attended event on the first day of the conference as an introduction to new attendees to the CASFAA conference and the CASFAA Executive Board.

- Conference Refreshment Breaks - $750 each break– A chance to provide attendees with refreshments to recharge during the conference. Two conference breaks are available for sponsorship on Monday between breakout sessions. This is the highest traffic day as conference one-day attendees will also be present with full conference attendees.

Ads in the Chronicle newsletter are priced based on placement of your ad. The newsletter is published
electronically every two months, therefore 1 issue covers 2 months, totaling 6 issues per year,
which is sent to about 1,300 members. See our price options below:
1) $1,000 for 3 issues -Top-placement ad is right after the CASFAA President’s message
2) $500 for 3 issues –Mid-level placement of ad
3) $300 for 3 issues –Last page placement of ad
